Goal

Develop and implement a communication strategy for Lipton’s new territory in digital. 

Implementation

The Lipton Goodstarter platform that has gathered and supported people seeking to make the world a better place — social entrepreneurs and a wide audience.

  • Digital platform
Entrepreneurs shared their socially beneficial businesses on the website, users voted for them and experts selected the best projects that received the funding of 300 000 roubles.

  • Partners
The project was supported by Planeta.ru, Skolkovo and Impact Hub — partners that know everything about social entrepreneurship and business. The partners were constantly directing targeted traffic of entrepreneurs and active audience.

  • BTL-project
Collaborative contest for the best social initiatives for the Gorky Park. We have used announcements in Moscow Metro and collected people’s ideas about what they would like to see in the Park. We’ve received more than 1000 ideas in 2 days.

  • SMM
Users voted for projects by sharing in social media. Mini-interviews with entrepreneurs were posted in Lipton communities. It became great content that affected the quality and quantity indexes of the branded communities.

  • Video
Filming a video manifesto with stories of social entrepreneurs.


Result

1500 applications received.
67 000 users voted for projects.
«SKOLKOVO Trend Award» from Dmitry Medvedev.

We managed to build good PR around the project’s key events (lectures from mentors and successful startupers etc.). There were feature articles in Vedomosti, The Village, Woman.ru and other social media.
